Nazara Technologies Limited IPO Details
Incorporated in 1999, Nazara Technologies is an India-based leading diversified gaming & sports media platform. Their goal is to cater to billion-plus mobile internet players across emerging markets like India, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. To achieve this, the company is providing eSports content, interactive mobile games, and gamified early learning app.
The company offers across the interactive gaming, eSports, and gamified early learning ecosystems which include CarromClash & World Cricket Championship (WCC) in mobile games, Kiddopia in gamified early learning, Sportskeeda & Nodwin in eSports & eSports media, and Halaplay & Qunami in fantasy, skill-based, and trivia games.
Nazara Technologies operates in different segments which include Freemium Business, Subscription-based business, Gamified early learning, eSports, and Real money gaming. Its subscription business focuses on mass mobile internet users which comprises mainly first-time mobile gamers. Its main revenue comes mainly from subscription fees paid by users for the access of the eSports business, as well as from gamified early learning content. For the six-month period ended and FY 2020, these two segments have cumulatively revenue from operations accounted for 71.03% and 41.73%, respectively.
The promoters of the company are Mr. Vikash Mittersain, Mr. Nitish Mittersain, and Mitter Infotech LLP.
