About the fund
Invesco India Focused 20 Equity Fund is an open-ended equity scheme investing in a maximum of 20 stocks across market capitalizations i.e large-cap, midcap & smallcap. The fund aims to generate capital appreciation for the investors through a concentrated portfolio of stocks marked with high conviction ideas & diversified approach.

Key Features
1. Keeping a balance between conviction and diversification
With a high level of conviction in every stock position, the fund portfolio is not going to exceed 20 stocks. The fund will be making sizeable investments in few stocks, yet maintaining a balance between conviction and diversification.
2. Multicap portfolio
The fund will be investing in stocks across market capitalizations. Currently, a large portion of the portfolio will be allocated to large-cap stocks (50-70%). The midcaps will comprise 30-50% of the portfolio, while small-caps will be constituting around 0-20% of the portfolio.
3. Combining growth and value stocks
The portfolio will include both growth and value stocks i.e along with high growth companies, the fund will also invest in companies with high growth prospects available at attractive valuations.
4. Stringent risk management
Risk management is an important part of every investment process. The AMC has incorporated adequate measures in their portfolio construction process to manage the associated risks.

• The fund is going to invest in up to 20 stocks.
• The fund will have a multi-cap portfolio with a flexibility to move across market caps.
• The fund aims to generate alpha through a concentrated portfolio.
• Their process-driven approach will ensure filtering the best investment ideas along with managing the downside risks.
• The fund will adopt a fully invested (~95% based on market outlook) approach.
