TYPES OF DSP MUTUAL FUND
1. DSP Equity Funds
DSP Equity funds invest their assets in equity and equity and related securities. These funds are great for long-term capital appreciation. These funds are best for investors who want exposure to stock markets.
2. DSP Debt Funds
DSP Debt Funds invest their assets in debt and debt-related instruments which have a fixed rate of interest and thus generate relatively stable returns. Debt instruments are Bond, Debentures, Commercial Paper, Government securities. Debt funds are considered as low risk and hence low returns as compared with equity funds.
3. DSP Hybrid Funds
DSP Hybrid funds invest their assets in more than one asset class like equity, debt, gold, or any other. These funds give good diversification as the investments are done in different asset classes. Hybrid funds have the capability to generate more returns than debt funds and also they possess lower risk as compared to equity funds.
4. DSP Fund of Funds
DSP FoF (fund of funds) is a pooled fund that invests in other funds. FOFs usually invest in other mutual funds or ETFs.
5. DSP Tax Saver Funds
DSP Tax saver funds are also known as ELSS funds. As the name suggests, these funds offer a tax deduction of up to ₹ 1.5 lakhs under the Income Tax Act,1961. These funds invest their assets in equity securities in a diversified manner. They come with a lock-in period of 3 years.

Mr. Anil is a CA from the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) from the USA. He is currently the Portfolio Manager and Vice President of DSP Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd.
2. Mr. Atul Bhole
Mr. Bhole is a Chartered Accountant and graduate from Mulund College of Commerce and posses an MMS Degree in Finance. He began his career as a Research Analyst on the SBI Treasury Department. In 2007, he became the Equity research analyst of Tata AMC. In 2016, Mr. Atul joined as the VP of Investments in DSP MF.
3. Mr. Diipesh Shah:
Diipesh joined DSP MF as VP in the Passive Investments & ETF team. He is responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management related to fixed and equity income Index Funds and ETFs. Besides handling the investment desk, he also assists the Distribution and Sales team in increasing DSP’s market share in the passive investments space and supporting Business Development.
4. Mr. Jay Kothari:
Mr. Kothari holds a degree in BMS (Bachelor in Management Studies) and MBA from MU (Mumbai University). Before becoming a part of DSP MF, he was associated with DSP BRIM as a product strategist as well as the VP in the equity investments division.
5. Mr. Kedar Karnik:
Mr. Karnik holds a degree in MMS (Masters in Management Studies) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Before becoming a part of DSPMF, he has worked with HSBC, CRISIL Ltd, and Axis AMC.
